After lamburgers and shish kebab, pretty much the whole point of raising sheep. We sell whole fleeces and partial fleeces. Most of our sheep are natural color Romneys, meaning they are a wide range of browns. The darkest are nearly black, and the lightest a pale silver/pewter with gold highlights. In between are every imaginable shade of chocolate, cinnamon, gold, and some even have a blue cast. We usually shear in the spring and try to have all the wool sold by mid summer. You are very welcome to visit see all the ladies, and pick out a fleece while it is still on the sheep. |
